Creators Crew is operated by Spinta Digital Solutions, India. By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines.

Accounts

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

Creators

• You only upload work you made or have the rights to share.
• Profiles and videos are reviewed before brands can see them.
• Usage rights for campaign work are granted only through the licence you accept for that campaign.

Brands

• Briefs must be honest and lawful.
• Use delivered work only within the agreed usage licence.
• Agreed fees are paid through the platform.

Content and conduct

We remove content and suspend accounts that break the Community Guidelines. Anyone can report content or block a creator; reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

Liability

The platform is provided as is. We are not a party to the creative agreement between a brand and a creator beyond the payment and licence records we keep.
